Preparing women to give evangelistic talks.
24.10.26 Glasgow
Over the past few years evangelistic events around Christmas have attracted increasing numbers of guests.
Coupled with this is a growing need for female speakers, we find many have a quiet desire but lack the confidence or the skills with which to speak.
This workshop will inspire you and equip you to create a talk, testimony or creative presentation at a Christmas evangelistic event.
You do not already need to have been asked to give a talk this Christmas.

Naomi Amour
A mission worker for Edinburgh City Mission, leading and overseeing their befriending ministry Two’s Company Befriending. I am passionate about seeing Jesus made known in our lost and broken city and I am excited to be a part of the FYV team seeking to train and empower women in the area of evangelism, for the glory of God!

Jenni Dyer
Jenni is a very ordinary Christian from central Scotland. She works as a team manager in the NHS and uses her spare time to help young people in her local church to understand the Bible better. Jenni loves the Bible and is amazed that the Lord has given her so many opportunities to share this love with others. She has a degree in theology which she would love to use among unreached people groups in the future. Jenni can often find evangelism intimidating and is always looking for ways to improve her skills!

Jo Trickey
Jo was born in Aberdeen but grew up in New Zealand – she’s often the most northern and most southern person in any room!
As well as being ordained, Jo’s spent a lot of time studying theology and evangelism. She’s a pioneer and has run her own small business, spearheaded student ministries in several large churches, and set up internship schemes. She has lots of experience encouraging young adults, as well as preaching in parish-based and diocese-wide ministry roles in Guildford and Newcastle.
She has a particular heart for equipping young leaders and encouraging women to be fruitful and faithful disciples, right where they are.
Outside work, she loves exploring the Northumbrian countryside and donning an apron and wellies to get creative and messy with her husband and three young children.
